Simply out of curiosity, I turned off Ad Blocker Plus. Which had proved to be quite effective.

Now I get all the ads loaded into each page. And, surprisingly, I'm finding the ones at the top and bottom of the page to be tolerable. It's the ones in the middle of pages that are the most bothersome.

To use a bit of hyperbole, it's a little like a bit of text swimming in a sea of ads. Rather than the reverse.

I can understand the needs for ads to keep the site running. But there is definitely a tradeoff when the ads have little or no audience.

I wonder how an advertiser will respond if he learns his ad runs on Who Won't Be Down For Breakfast?
