That isn't the system we have now. Our system is driven by money and that means wealth wields an enormous amount of power. So when do you come out against (D) wealth instead of solely (R) wealth? Right George?

VERY good CJ . . nice response !!!!!!!! well thought out and deals with the straight facts. I agree. But I think that runs deeper into the character of a person. ALL people of bad character will misuse their position/wealth for their own good. NOT all wealthy people are of bad character. Hence, there is not a direct connection between wealth and bad-power. Just like there is not a direct connection between wealth and good-power. Look at how much GOOD comes from wealthy people. jobs, education, charity, . . . . SO ... I would say that wealth DOES give one power . . to do bad and good. So often it is connected with only bad and wealth is put down. WHEN ,actually, it is a person's character that needs to be damned or praised. Instead, wealth should be something desired to be achieved by everyone. Thanks! for the good discussion.
