[attributed to Brad at Eutro] Any company that plans to conform to SEC reporting requirements has to file Schedule 13D, which divulges the identity, holdings, and intent of any entity holding more than 5% of outstanding shares. Does Eutro plan to comply with that provision? Pý p.s. Flames are irrelevant to me.
