What REIT's would you favor, in such an environment(recession)?
Would you expect any REIT's to perform well? Self-Storage?

Note...I have found it easy to find REITs to choose from, but
wonder if anyone knows of a listing of limited partnerships?
I think, that in the event of a recession, natural resource LP's
would benifit...any opinions?
