This is from the Letter from Italy (not peer-reviewed!)
in the 12/05/97 The Lancet, as was cited by Ansenio Co.:

"The buckling test was positive when a weight of 1 kg
did not buckle the organ and was judged complete when
pressure within the penis was 75 mm Hg after visual
erotic stimulation. Of the 123 men investigated,
11 had complete penile rigidity and 16 a full,
but not lasting, erection. The increase in penis
volume found was not related to hardness."

Well, well, well, 11 out of 123 (5%) of these impotent
men were able to hold up a 2.2 pound weight with the
erection they got from Muse. That sounds pretty good!!
And that's only from "visual erotic stimulation" in
a laboratory setting (not usually the best place for
erections in my experience).

Why don't we do our own experiment, and see how many
non-impotent males on this thread can hold up a 1 kg
weight with their penis after looking at the ?????,
but no touching allowed--just looking!!!

This was not a double-blind study mind you. Probably
because they already knew the answer as to what
fraction of impotent men can hold up a two-pound
weight with their penis after receiving a placebo.

I don't know, maybe it's just an Italian slant on
machismo (no offense intended to Italians here!).

two-pounds or nothing!!

Cheers to the longs here. I did a lot of searching
for news on Muse on the net, and the only negative
I found was that bull from Ansenio. Lots of MDs
specializing in impotence have web sites where they
practically rave about the stuff.
