It seems to read that we can expect another huge extradordinary item this quarter ... it will be interesting to see if the company can survive it... I would also expect to see CTYS annouce a change in accounting methods to only report actual income instead of unrealistic expected income.

Bryan, the first document is a disclosure that the problems in the UK might cause the recognition of additional losses (derecognition of prior earnings) while the second is a disclosure that Barney and Smith bailed out of their debentures (these were convertible in the 20's) and prbably took a massive bath.

Anyone knows what these debemtures are going for?
