Ted, Russia is acting afraid. That's like saying a bully is acting afraid. Small comfort to the ones being bullied or the ones about to be bullied. Was Imperial Japan acting out of "weakness" when they took over Korea and much of Asia before WWII? How about Hitler when he was making his move? Fortunately Vladdie seems content on only taking advantage of this particular "opportunity." Now he can sit back and laugh while Barry calls him "weak." Meanwhile, Russia just gained some strategic advantages and has galvanized its nationalistic base of support, and the rest of Europe is ending up looking impotent. Tenchusatsu

Hey Ted, have you noticed the real estate market here in Silicon Valley? It is through the roof. I'm seeing houses around here getting up to 30 offers each. The closing price ends up being 20-40% above the original asking price. Most of the winning bids are from Chinese buyers paying full cash, at least in Cupertino and other areas with highly desired school districts. Inventory of homes for sale is at an extreme low. It's absolutely crazy. Tenchusatsu P.S. - This is how the "one percent" in Northern California get richer.
