If you talk to Sier unclewest you will note that the USA has her special forces deployed in over 70 countries at any one time. example. Message 19707179 The UK special forces are deployed the same way, anywhere where the "defence department" thinks they should be. Is it so hugely surprising that there are Russian special forces in the Ukraine? The most probable cause of "strange events" is the financial backing behind them on both sides imo.
