Richard, Did you ever get my message on your other thread? I mentioned Circus Circus possibly being interested in CEI, EOP, or VNO, To purchase three of Circus' properties. I wonder if they'll go to HOT, since they acquired Caesars? Have you heard anything about it? I'm about to look into some Reits to buy in my IRA. I hope to retire next year and need something in there to build up my portfolio. I was thinking of buying them on pullbacks(like now) and write some covered calls when they go up and look like another pullback. Would appreciate any comments and/or ideas. Thanks, Johndee

Hi Richard, JDN tested the 30 area again and now looks like it's ready to move hihger. CLP looks interestingly higher and maybe has 4 to 5 points in it. FAC had it's shareholder meeting today a vote on the purchase of strip stores and recast of company. More important, the stock closed the gap at 7 1/2. It's possible that the tax selling may hold it down the rest of this month. We'll see. OAS made a bottom today at 22, but I may sell it if it doesn't get going. What's your take on the weakness in RA? I would like to buy the low. SIZ looks great with the next resistance at 11 7/8. UDR and WRE could use some geritol! My short term cycle which turned up late last week may be able to get this market purring again. My boat is loaded except for maybe getting some RA. SEA interesting at these prices. Regards...George
