Not if you believe Silicon Valley will be "another Detroit."

It's pretty incredible seeing the transformation for the past 30 years. Then it really was Silicon Valley. It transformed to the Dot-com Valley with both hardware and software solutions and now it is truly Software Valley. The wealth created by these vaporware companies is just astounding and our home price structure is the result. I wonder what the next big thing will be here but expect it will still be software oriented.

Even Detroit will be back, just not in my lifetime. As for Silly Valley being another Detroit, when the Chinese, South Vietnamese and Indians make all our software and chips, that's when it will happen. Perhaps you can repatriate to S. Korea and keep working! : -)

Oh, wait! You'll be stuck in an underwater house you can't sell or rent!
