Kirk, You are on the right track with that trend. There is a company based in the Philly area named Wawa that is sort of a convenience store, with gasoline and decent sandwich business (like a Subway). Has been using a touch screen to order food for at least 4 years. Order food, take the receipt to the counter to pay, and then pick up your food. Works fine Interesting that the push for fast food employees to be paid more is occurring just as the technology to replace them is evolving. wawa.com
