This is an AWFUL deal!!! Keep in mind that we will be paid based on the price of USTB shares at the time of the closing, which will probably be around the end of the first quarter. USTB tanked in the first quarter of 1997 at .01 per share, so if history means anything we could end up with under $4.00 if it happens again. This stock is easily worth $7.00-$8.00, I would hope that you vote NO on this deal when you receive your proxy.
