I don't like the fact that Nixon was a liar and was forced to resign, etc. But it really seems pretty small compared to what this nutcase is doing.

Nixon did not end it, it ended itself with a win by the north. It was complete chaos when we left. Nixon said he had a plan when campaigning, but he had no plan and the war went on for another 6 years and simply ended when we ran for the hills. Surly you have seen pictures of people hanging on the helicopter landing prongs. And one thing you need to understand cold. The liberals fought both conservative dems and pubs to end that war. After it got going it was conservatives of both parties who supported it. No liberals in either party.
