>>>Sooooo, once again as a professed Liberal why are you against this? Why not open it up to all Americans? I'm not talking a tax rebate, I'm wishing for a grant an outright grant. Could be for renters too. Why are you arguing this Alex?

never said I was against it... you are shooting turds out your ass, as usual

Well geeze, I wonder who is really against it? could it be right wing assholes like the Koch Bros and all the republicons who grovel at their feet? and libertarian jerk-offs who don't want the govt meddling in the religion of "free market capitalism"?

>>>Could be for renters too

what?... so renters should get a check to install solar panels on property they don't own??

So instead of the govt requiring car companies to install air-bags they should have just given a check to all individuals to just install their own, because 'free market capitalism!'

I got a federal credit on my taxes, as if I had paid withholding tax. I think I subtracted the state rebate from the price of the system when the credit was calculated, but I don't remember for sure. I know that '06 was the year I crossed "I'm not paying any taxes to support that fucking war this year" off my bucket list, and I still had some carryover for the following year.

How many of those people who pay no income taxes are installing or going to install solar panels? And how do they advance the technology of solar systems?

On second thought, it's a great idea to fly a C130 over cities and dump bails of $100 bills on the unsuspecting below. I'm sure someone down there will use his found fortunes to come up with an airliner design that is 50% more efficient than today's planes. Or may someone else will use the money he finds to cure the gout.
