<<<<Keep in mind that Sokol warned of 144's (insider intentions to sell) in the conference call.>>> I will relisten to the tape, but I do not recall any mention of 144's in the CC.

What would of happen if the company would of lost those two Arabs cases to INNN????

Dwight, I listened to the tape I made of the last CC and I did not hear Sokol warn of 144's (insider intentions to sell). If you could provide the location on the tape were Sokol stated that, then myself and others could to go to that location.

Did you hear the "Silver Bullet Question" and the one just before it from and Individual investor. What Sokol was afraid of is somewhat happening in my opinion.

If, now that is a big if, employees were buying the shares now, you say it is a nonevent per se as they would be the last to know. If it were a GM, IBM or some other large/med size company I would agree. But this is a small company and I believe close knit and kept up on the companys' affairs for the most part. I would view it as a positive.
