When I was first here, and the stock was at about 40 cents, there were about 900,000,000 issued and 550,000,000 shares outstanding. I think Craig and Pete got pretty upset at me mentioning that and denied it of course - lol. Several of us 'shorters' as we were called then even received threatening e-mails from them. In any case, it looks like this company has found a way to dump some 320,000,000 shares. Even at an average price of just 10 cents, they would have been able to pull in some $32 mill off the shareholders that bought into this 'scam'.

Is it alright to use the 's' word yet? This certainly makes a good read if one wants to learn about penny stocks. Why hasn't the SEC stepped in yet?
