Sometimes. Not always. Like the hospital they shelled. As for persecution, well there are many places in the West Bank where Palestinians cannot go. Keeping others locked up in the Gaza Strip and kept in poverty. So yeah, they are persecuting Palestinians.

Israel doesn't "persecute" or kill Arabs; it responds to violence with carefully targeted attacks, complete with phone calls, text messages, leaflets and other measures to warn them in advance, those attacks designed to end the violence they commit against Israel. LOL. Aaaahhhhh......the gentle, humane Israelis. When they interrogate 9 year olds in the middle of the nite, they for sure give them slurpees. The Israeli ex pats were right...........Americans are both dense and easy.
