If the price stays above 5, BNGO will get almost all the money. If it gets to more than 5.5, it will all so get most of warrant B with the strike price of 5.5. What we need is a reversal day, a push of any sort, some news from company or whatnot. Selling panic might help too.

Let me try it here:
I can't take it any more! I am broke (which is true)! I lost $40k (which is true)! This was all my capital (and not only trading capital!)! Let this BNGO with all its management go to hell!!!

If it does not reverse any time soon (right now will be just fine), I'll do THAT without Dr. Kevorkian!!!!

I expect maybe 2/3's of the warrants will be exercised. Quite simply, the price plunge makes this stock appear too volatile. People ask themselves whether they are throwing good money after bad in exercising. Let's face it, the warrant value is gone and it's not coming back. Now, the question is whether the stock is a good buy or not. If it is, there is plenty available on the open market. However, lately the answer has been "no" as the buying hasn't stepped up.
Every warrant held by weak hands will be turned over to the arbs, who will short a share of stock, placing another share on the open market and pushing down the price of the stock. This will stop only when the stock price is $5 or very close. After this price all the warrants in weak hands become worthless, to the holders and the company. Do you think the holders of the Class of warrants with a $5.50 price will exercise? I doubt it.
Hopefully the buyers are waiting until the very end to pick up stock at $5. or until the warrant call is over and the stock begins its reversal, signalling that everything is fine.
Management only needed $1-2M for NASDAQ approval. I hope the excess cash was essential for deals as the stock price prohibits near term pooling favorable for BNGO.

1 1/2 hours left in the life of an MVSI warrant and they have traded over 500,000 warrants and it is going UP. This is amazing stuff to be watching. I know, I know, BNGO is down I have seen that, but is anyone else paying attention to our parallel situation. It is remarkable and I cannot figure out where the warrants are coming from or why the incredible interest in them at that last minute.

GO PACK GO!

TK - the success of the warrant call will depend solely on the Q of warrants that are actually converted and this is **unknown** or remains to be seen... I believe that when mngt called the warrants, they did so assuming that not all of the warrants would converted - that in actuality, only a portion of called warrant $$$ is required to achieve their plans. If all the shares were converted, the extra $$ would be mere icing-on-the-cake.

However, what MGMT DID NOT count on was this thread, Rod "MIA but still dreaming" Babcock's proclamations to investors of making BIG money from the warrant conversion oppty, overestimations of BNGO's last Qtr's earnings & subsequent investor disappointment, and the highly LEVERAGED positions that investors had taken in BNGOW (i.e. expecting to sell shrs of excess shrs of BNGOW @ higher prices to fund conversion of addt'l warrants w/o having the capital to convert otherwise). Anyway, many investors have not/will not be able to convert their warrants & at the price level, many will choose NOT to sell them as too much $ has already been lost. Some invetsors probably will have the attitude "why should I sell my BNGOW's to someone who will convert @ these P levels... i'd rather screw them since they've already screwed me!" Human nature plain & simple.

The key to it all is knowing whether or not the expected # (by MGMT)of shares are converted is realized, & your guess is as good as mine. All that I can speculate is... that if this # isn't realized, future days will not be good for BNGO. Only MGMT knows the answer to this. In my opinion, @ current prices, less people are inclined to convert.

Hope I didn't babcock.. I mean babble too much.
