Hey Gottfried...it sounds like a lot of double talk to me.... Down the road a few weeks ....no matter how the oil stocks respond.......the quotation you posted will prove the author of that undecipherable mixture of un-congealed ideas was precisely correct. Because there is blood in the streets and fear in the eyes of traders (of oil stocks)...now would be a good time to give this sector a good look. Years ago when I was in mutual funds.....I used to look at the three worst performing Fidelity sector funds for the year and invest some funds in those as the new year rolled in. It turned out very well.
