Thanks Kirk, I like that Happy Solstice. It means I am getting closer to once again planting my garden up in Wisconsin. This year I canned 37 quarts of salsa,24 quarts of tomato juice,16 pints of concord grape jam,12 quarts of pickled cauliflower, carrots, and peppers, 2 pints of brussel sprouts,12 pints of horse radish and Christmas day Jan and I will finish the fall harvest by canning 25 gallons of sauerkraut (should be about 80-90 quarts). While caring for my mother (who turned 96 this week) I stayed busy in the garden as I was away from my better half all of the summer except a long weekend every month. Jan retires nest year ,most likely January - so I will be a much better balanced life style as we will be together . Perhaps the nicest Christmas gift of ever. I have much to be very thankful for.
