Do you use organic cream cheese?
How many servings does this make?

1 cup of Agave seems like a lot of sugar... at 60 calories per tablespoon, a cup is a lot and from what I've read, it is highly processed.

I can see where if before you ate 4 or 5 sugary pastries on a cruise line buffet table and switched to this, then you'd get less total sugar and lose weight PLUS have the benefit of not spiking your blood sugar but I'm not convinced I want to add so much sugar to my breakfasts after working so hard to lower it to mostly what I get via fruit.
