Your results are amazing and congratulations.

You have to admit that what the "medical experts" think is healthy these days seems to have a disagreement only matched by the variation of observed global warming with the model prediction for global warming.

The reason that Agave metabolize slowly is because unlike most sugars it is over 80% fructose.

Fructose is quite sweet but has to be metabolized by the liver.

I know that you a big fan of Agave but I think that it is probably better just to avoid all sugars as much as possible and eat real foods as you generally do.
