Cary; I must confess I have have been down 60% on my capital many times in the past in tech land. My point is that I DON'T panick!!! I exercise extreme discipline.

I agree with you 100% I have more warning signs on my radar screen than at any time in my whole damn career of investing in semi land. This group is in trouble. i'm increasing the probability of a deeper downturn than 1996 from 50% to 60%. I just upped this same percentage 2 weeks ago! I'm getting very concerned!

Are you saying there is a recessionary threat in the USA from SEA situation? If so, how so? What probabilty do you assign such a scenario?
