ZEEV,

Somebody on the YAHOO string has read the 10/14/97 prospectus and claims that the prospectus limits conversion to 10,500,000 shares. I'm reading it, but I dont see it. Could you look into it and comment? Thanks.

I have panned with interest the posts here, I at times try to corralate stocks that have familier trends, ie:ORCL, IFMX-LIPO, ABTI, etc. you get my drift, I was curious, have you looked at GNT??
It appears to be a Sheet of Glass Splintering with weight adding at each turn. Worms eating the Books.
