Gambler, too: Though I did a short-term AMAT play ahead of earnings (calls), I generally consider it a longer-term play on fundamentals and value. Plus or minus a few points is just noise, though if they pounded it down to the mid-20's again, I'd probably buy some more.

Gambler2, I saw your 'INTC/post' refering a RUMOR. This makes me
concern of AMAT's short term value. Normally, those kind of rumor
prelude some downside because someone want to get out of it before
that hit.

I can't see 'INTC-AMAT' relationship, unless INTC thinks they can
have better return on its cash by buying AMAT. Certainly not from
'business-relationship'.
