NICE JOB !!!

I know what you mean.

My real estate taxes add up to about 16,000 for my two parcels.

I have a 401 K turned into a self directed IRA - It is growing and can handle the taxes (after taxes) and i hope to get it where it can also pay the utilities.

A guy can be fairly wealthy and have things paid for and still the government extractys large sums of money beyond income taxes Land ownership is the biggest myth there is..

That's a mouth full to say for two people married for 37 years - never had kids , lived conservatively and have been savers /investors all of our lives.

We have wonderful homes , but it will be a chore to pay the taxes they require.

No complaints except those who feel the rich do not pay enough taxes can go KIZZ my arse - I saved and paid for it!!!

Nice market today.

Thanks again for the great job!! LOL

Bob
