CLARIFICATION REGARDING POST 2113: CRIMINAL CONVICTION

As I reread my earlier postings I find that I failed to include one item which I believe should have been included in that post.

The probationary period to which Mr. Burditt was sentenced was terminated on May 2, 1996. This was actually earlier than the scheduled period and I assume it was terminated because Mr. Burditt had completed all obligations under the sentence including the payment of restitution to the Waymans.

In the interest of fairness and full truth I wanted to clarity that matter so no one would have the impression that Mr. Burditt is still on probation. He is not and has not been since May 2, 1996.

A nice exaple can be brought from the case with Michal Milken.
He also screwd up with the law and you know what? He was able
to halp Turner (??? I'm not sure if Turner was the right company)
and recieve a $50M fee accurding to the Wall Street Journal (I cannot
remmber the date). He was band by the SEC but there you go. He is
STILL a person. I have discussed the matter with my friend who
has a hell of a lot more expiriance in the market then I do (I have
3 years) and what he ask me: IS THE DEVELOPMENT IN BIG FOOT etc. REAL?
IS the COMPANY real? Is is going belly-up tommorow? If the answer
is no then let the stock prove itself. If the company can produce oil
then I frankly don't care if it runs by a machine--don't we all have
somthing to say about our computers?
Sorry for the miss. etc. I don't have time to edit. Good day. Happy holidays to the company and its shareholders. Marty
At least they are getting better now--computers that is

OFW I APOLOGIZE. You did in fact put the Satisfaction of Judgement on the net. Since you obviously know there are 2 sides to all stories perhaps you should call the person you have never before met or talked to in your life, namely Allen Burditt and get his side of the truth. I feel strongly you will be glad to know Mr. Burditt has assisted with over $150,000,000 worth of very positive mergers and acquisitions for various company's over the past 20 years. You would probably be shocked to know that Mr. Burditt was selected as on of the "OUTSTANDING YOUNG MEN OF AMERICA IN 1989." You would probably be shocked to know that Mr. Burditt in the past 20 years has participated in the ground root start up of 3 Episcopal Churches. You would probably be shocked to know that Mr.Burditt was at one time a very active member of Little Brothers and Sisters of America. You would probably be shocked to know that Mr.Burditt has spent millions of $$$ in the past 20 years in his efforts to assist with the growth of start -up and development stage companies. He arranged for the financing for such new technologies in the early 80's as CD-ROM and Co-Processor techonology. Some of these early stage high tech devices which Mr.Burditt had the privillage to be involved in were precedent to the stage setting developments that are now allowing abuse of certain aspects of those tools, ie, THE NET.

Mr.Burditt can indeed be reached @ the offices of Oilex for which his private company Phoenix paid one full year in advance for the rent so that this development stage company had an oppertunity to grow for all shareholders.

I appologize.
I believe all shareholders who watch Oilex on the net have obviously gotten your point. I don't believe you need a sledge hammer to continue driving home your point. You have made it perfectly clear that you do not like Allen Burditt.

I sincerely hope you have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year,
and would appreciate the channeling of your efforts as a shareholder, if you indeed are one toward the positive developments of Oilex through 1998.Probably all shareholders would also appreciate your positive efforts a whole lot more than those that appear to be designed to hurt a man you have never met before in your life.

It appears that all of this waste of negative energy commenced out of Houston, Tx when a prior extremely wealthy friend of Allen Burditt was not allowed to attempt to rip the shareholders of Oilex . THE SAME PERSON WAS GIVEN ALL HIS MONEY BY WAY OF INHERITANCE. Has never worked a day in his life at a company other than under his daddies direct supervision and has never developed any techonology, company or taken any risks what so ever. His entire day is spent stirring up innocent bystanders to take the fall should pieces start breaking. Have you been set-up innocently enough by this man? and do you have the financial resources to pick up the pieces if they fall. Your name is associated with all of the negative threads on SI. Do you really believe this such a good idea.

Would like to invite you to houston to meet Allen Burditt and go to our field operations so that you can HANDS ON see the ammount of work, money, and positive energy it takes from all of Oilex's employees, consultants, and legal professionals to make a start-up development stage company such as Oilex a success.

Sincerely,
Omar
