Jan, no stress here. My personal estimates for the 1st qtr haven't changed. I am mainly looking for positive revenues for this qtr. NMS and other contract announcements will be a bonus. The way I see it is that the company has landed a $6 Million sale in the beginning of this quarter and an "old" estimate for Y2K sales this quarter was about $3.5 Million. If they get the same base revenue of 8Million like last year then that is 17.5 Million for the 2nd Quarter. If they get the same revenue as last quarter then we have about $21 Million.

In addition, todays S-3/A makes it appear that once all the conversions and excersizes are completed that we will have 20 Million shares outstanding. In the past we were led to believe that 23 or 24 Million was the estimate. I got to do more homework on this, but this is a very positive indicator if I read it right.

Thx Jan for your efforts, I'd rather be well informed than inadvertantly misled. All in all, my opinion of the company keeps growing.

Jan,
As a business professional, isn't it better to check with the horses mouth before starting undue stress on everyone on Christmas Eve or any other time for that matter. If I were a new person on this thread, I certainly would not be interested in purchasing stock with all the consternation that went on here today.
Yes, I too want the facts, but as a professional and a busy one at that, I have on occassion, and in haste misquoted what I ment people to hear. I think before we start a war we should check out the battle field. Apology accepted. I think this goes for all of us. Think twice act once. Sandie
