I thought I was going to buy a new computer with 10 installed. Just seems like for the time being there are too many gripes till more of the bugs are worked out. I'm reading about too many issues with drivers etc. I'll wait. I would think a new facility should run 7 rather than XP.

They're probably using a medical version of office software on XP that's very light-weight.

As for businesses using older operating systems, I can see some advantage of business computers being less like toys, so employees focus on their work.
