He sided with the liberals on at least 3 major cases in the last year where his vote was or might have been determinative. I'm not saying there is anything wrong with it, but if he were the conservative ideologue he is often criticized as there is no way in hell he would have made the first Obamacare decision as he did. He had to reach far to the Left to get that decision.
