Give it up. The debate on whether or not Mike is a lying broker that has kept an important secret is irrelevant to the current situation at hand.

Here are the 5 events that must happen before we return to this subject OR any other subject 'short squeeze', 'profitablity on water sales', etc. Any arguments Yeay/Nay are moot until these 5 events happen since they won't change anything. [edit: Actually thinking more about it, even discussing these after the 5 events occur is also moot, because either it will or won't happen]

#1: $5 million cash equity received
#2: Financials are filed
#3: $5 million loan received (in early January)
#4: Fiancials are given to all the RMIL MM's, so that they will be in compliance of Rule 15c2-11 and can enter quotes when the trading resumes.
#5: Resumption of Trading (initial halting period is over, or #1-#4 are completed since otherwise the price WILL tank to $0.25 even if the $10 million is received)

Kurt

Brokers, real ones that is, carry Errors and Omissions insurance.
Errors to cover anything that smells like a lie.
Omissions to cover anything that they may not have told ie. secrets.
