I have only heard good things about peanuts. Can you please send me some scientific evidence to back what you say?

FWIW, I used to Love green beans and ate them often with just a quick steaming with water in my stir fry pan or in the uWave.... but then Consumer Reports magazine said they were one of the veggies to get organic due to the difficulty of getting the pesticide off. So now I buy the organic bags at Costco.

Thanks in advance! I appreciate the warning if you can show it is a real concern.

Do you believe that also applies to peanut butter? As, say, for Skippy? or Jif?
