They don't show the barn... they show an artist's rendition of a house that you COULD build there!

Probably not much room for Bob's big garden if you put a 4,000 sq ft house there (3 story with one story under ground is what they don't tell you is needed to be to code)

Excellent article tying in the ECRI.

I have a lot of faith in Lakshman and ECRI.

When you get the spy dividends - do you automatically buy more SPY or do you allow it to accumulate and be more opportunistic on timing the buys?

Those calling you names will be looking in the mirror and swearing at themselves.LOL
