I replied:

This is what the specialists and market insiders want. They don't want people to buy at the low. They want to sell their inventory high. So since (if) they are in control of the price, look for shares to go higher quietly on low volume until the volume picks up. The volume increase would signal a danger point.

Am I learning Ney?
