An "infrastructure spending bill" at this point would produce immediate inflation as labor and contracting ability gets bid up.
Maybe in your world. In the real world the decisions have yet to be made as to who, where and how.
Why are you so quick to denigrate prior to events even moving into the planning stages ?
How many $Billions did Obama make disappear with his stimulus bill that produced..... zip ?

We have lots of wasted labor in finance and housing industry which can shift to manufacturing and infrastructure when housing and stocks fall due to rising rates. Finance should return to its 3% of GDP of about 15 years ago.Housing is just bricks and blocks on an empty lot that consume resources and produce no widgets and contribute nothing to technology
