Sergio, when you get the chance, take a look at VPUR -- the TA on this one looks very promising; it's just over 4 now but if it breaks out Doug says it could get to almost 9. (That's because it's in a high tight flag. it's also a mimbo!)

thanks,
dave

Soros Says....

>>>Jim, it looks like Soros is following your lead:

U.S. financier Soros studying Korean investment

SEOUL, Jan 5 (Reuters) - U.S. financier George Soros said on Monday he was looking at the possibility of a ''quite substantial'' investment in South Korea.<<<

Sergio:

George follows my posts here on SI... : >

For me, it was a combination of an improving chart, John templeton's interest in Korea, and my normal Contrary nature... : >

Current price points of interest are: 7 1/2, 7 7/8, and 9.00... A break through these levels, and we're off to the races...

MoneyFlow is positive and MACD, Stochastics, RS, TSV(TC2000), are all heading north... And volume is over one million...

The bottom line is the Western economies and Japan won't let Korea fail... During our S&L banking crisis, banking stocks came off their bottoms and performed better than the market... Also, because the U.S. gov't would not let the banks fail...
