Also, I don't see any reference to any press release relating to shares in Yahoo in www.simweb.com. I think we are talking about a different company here.

I don't think that a small company like Zulu could garner the cash to purchase a company with 34 % holding of Yahoo. It's like the mouse that ate the lion.

Also, I don't like the sounds of that Japanese company with management problems and poor profitability. Could someone clear this up?

The web pages at www.simweb.com look pretty impressive to me ...

Japan. The article specifically mentions the
merging of its US units of Softbank Holdings and
Softbank America. Zulu purchased controlling
interest in Softbank Interactive Marketing from Softbank
Holdings.

Yes it is the same company NETZ just bought a part of it.
