psst! hey tech, I think you forgot to bold this part: "..an open review would cause heightened scrutiny of the application by the staff." This is also what I got from the NASDAQ gentleman, and it seems that the open investigation certainly can be detrimental to the listing process. He couldn't say that it WOULD prevent a listing, but he also couldn't say that it would NOT prevent a listing. He was very clear on that point as I kept trying to pin him to a statement. tech: <<You and angel have stated that no company with a open NASD review will be approved>> Yeppers, that's what I believe is true.Thanks for reiterating that for everyone! The open investigation will absolutely be a factor. I posted that I don't believe they'll get the listing while the review is open. You were proved wrong by virtue that you've posted several times that the investigation had NO BEARING on the listing outcome. However, the proof is in the pudding, as they say in MA. The timetable for listing is near, and if they don't get it then, we have to conclude that the investigation was responsible, or a factor at least. psst, I think you got a SAFETY instead! PS., you'd do well not to combine my statements with angel's. It makes you look like you're trying to confuse angel with me--ie., I never said the things angel said. If you're going to quote, you need to get it right. Good luck at that!

NASD review will prevent ConSyGen from getting listed Yes! That's what I said. I hope you repeat that many more times so everyone gets a chance to read and reread it. It will become history soon! In fact, repeat that quote every 3 days so new readers can catch it too...it should be your mantra. Thanks! Oh yes, get your quotes straight, big guy. <<Now Mr. Hansen comes back and says.......
