1)The article describes typical msft business tactics.
2) I do not think competing hard is illegal. Is vaporware legal?
3) I already knew the gov handed over the e-mail
4) Does msft treat their competitors the way they would want to be treated? NO. Is msft a savage, backstabbing competitor? YES

It came from MSFT. The DOJ released it only after they found that MSFT had forwarded its letter to Lessig. After your busted, it is too late to confess.
