I just heard of SystemSoft about a week ago. I hope you all can forgive my ignorance on the company, but I have a series of questions to ask of all of you that will hopefully get me up to speed. Its quite a list, and I am not expecting an answer on every question.

-How can SYSF grow at the 45% that analysts call for.
-Which analysts cover SYSF.
-Who are their direct competitors and how can SYSF compete.
-Is the current $10.9 million in cash enough to sustain the company in the next couple years.
-Does the company have any current plans for expansion, or any desire to acquire other companies in the short term and long term.
-How many shares do insiders hold.
-Have there been any sales or buys in the past year by insiders.
-What is the salary of key management personnel.
- Where do they view the largest possibility for growth in the upcoming years.
-Are they covering a niche area, and if they are how can they build from here.
-Can the company lead with their products (are they first to market or do they have the ability to be at the lead)
-Has anyone spoke directly with the CEO, CFO, or any of the directors.
-Is management competant, capable, and trustworthy.

Would appreciate any insight and opinions you all may have. Again please excuse the ignorance of a new investor.

Sam

<SYSF to dominate the market for PCMCIA card software>

What a joke ! Microsoft dominates the PC Card market. Any notebooks running Win95 and soon Win98 does not need any software from SYSF. Regarding Win NT 4.0, SYSF may have the market for the time being, but they will lose this market segment as well when Win NT 5.0 will be available. Again, it is clear that more systems are shipping Win95 than Win NT 4.0. The trend may change in favor of Win NT 5.0 when this OS will be available.

just my 1/16.
