I just came from TMF IOM in Fool land, I couldn't beleive what I read. Apparently SYQT is giving away a Swiss army knif with a pruchase of a product. I'm not sure which, because posters referred to it as one had known the full story.

What will IOM do to counter this promo. First it was SpanQ..er...SparQ stealing sales away from IOM, now it's a Swiss army knife. Why can't IOM give something for free to generate sales. Something that's seasonal and fits the occasion. Why not a thigh master, since many people like to lose weight at the beginning of the year.

"BY A ZIP DRIVE AND A 10 PACK GIG 'O COLOR, AND GET A THIGH MASTER FOR FREE."

If only IOM was as good at exploring it's genius as Syquest is, if only..........<GGGGGGG>

>>Seems as quick as the internal SCSI ZIP in my DELL. Cosmetically, it fits very nicely and the color match of the plastic cover is perfect with the light grey Tecra. A very fine product from CNF Inc./Iomega. <<

Well, it should be fine as hell at $300-$350 bucks for a 100MB drive. If it didn't come with a diamond-encrusted Zip disc and a gold-plated on/off button , I'd complain.
