Thanks for the rundown, Sergio. And a rundown is just what the stock looks to be, for now. Perhaps once the shars are obsorbed and stock is down below $3 it may desrve another look at. I liked the company back in '93-94...they were fairly dominate in a niche industry for high end audio systems. As an advertising art director, I saw their systems in very expensive video editing companies. I think their undoing involved some very elaborate and expensive plans to try and change the way films were viewed at theaters, using digital satallite broadcast means, on demand, to replace film projection. I'm not aware if they are still trying to achieve that end or not. -Kevin
