Brad, Found an African reseller of Fingelan III. Hard to tell if they handle the hardware since they don't mention Touchlock. Is Software Technologies Limited already known to the commission? This EOSC deal can't be evaluated from the press releases . . . We don't have any information on the quality or type of the product (i.e., minutiae or non-minutiae, etc.). We don't know how many total shares of stock exist in the new company, although I suppose that can be discovered with a little more effort. There have to be more shares somewhere, beyond the 15 million plus issued to the private company with the biometric product -- otherwise, what interest does the public company get in acquiring? As we all know, in this particular business the easiest thing to do is write a press release. And as a new "development" stage company, they have vaporware.
