Judith,
2 of the best (largest) office REIT's are BXP and EOP. They are both expensive and will be good long term investments if the can continue their rapid FFO growth. EOP has pulle back a lot and may be trading near the low end of it's current range. Problem is that high multiple FFO REIT's will pull back the most during turbulent times.

Judy,
ENN came out with a very strong FFO growth in today's earnings release. So did BXP. ENN should be trading between 15-1/2 to 17-1/2 based on the earnings report, but negative sentiment towards overbuilding in the hotel sector may hold it down. Based on it's peers, it is at least 5-10% undervalued here.
BXP is growing fast, yet slower than ENN. Yet is's FFO multiple is close to 17, ENN is close to 10.
