TO ALL: It has been brought to my attention that we are going to have a group of "lurkers" on this thread at around noon (est)... I would personally like to welcome the students of: Meadowbrook Middle School, Airdrie, Alberta... This town is just on the fringes of Calgary. Wbell is a teacher that is having a class discussion on the advantages of using the internet as an investment tool... Wbell, I think that Jimsey summed it up quite nicely in this post: Message 3119048 I put my two cents worth in here: Message 3119373 and Frank has his here: Message 3121064 Kids, the most important thing to keep in mind is that you take everything that is said on these threads with a "grain of salt"... The internet is a fabulous place to conduct your own research all you have to do is figure out where to go and find it... These threads and the information that is welcomed from few of it's contributors can be useful in finding out where to go and obtain the information that you require to assist you in your final decision... Keep in mind it's YOUR MONEY and nobody else's... It's also a faboulous tool for those that live in remote areas away from the hustle and bustle of the big cities... The final decison on where to invest rests on your shoulders... ...ed
