ZENforward opened the door to the 900k as soon as they called for the removal of the CEO. That was a contractual agreement and was surely a consideration in moving their action forward. On the other side AE could have decided to leave immediately and take the 900k lump sum and cause an even bigger crisis. He didn't though. If I was in that position I would have taken the lump sum without any regard to anyone else. What would you have done ,,, pass on it? He has a right to it, so credit him for easing the burden. And the share price drop could also be messaging from either side to invoke fear/threat; or simply traders taking advantage or the Market responding to no CEO and the dispute impacts.

Yes .we stay positive and realize what could be in store with the right people running things to raise money ,this SP could rebound up quickly . Zen only has apr.75 million shares outstanding .We could easily afford another 10 million at .75 -1.00 . that would raise enough to get rid of all the bad things zen has and still have plenty to get the business going and start up minning. Don't any one forget this is a very rich deposit ,once the leaches are gone the business can get going on the right foot sam
