Greg - I am pretty sure that KLA does not make wafer probers. The three major manufacturers of wafer probers are Electroglass, Tokyo Electron and another Japanese vendor whose name I can never remember. KLA used to sell probers by one of the Japanese vendors, but they stopped selling them a year or so ago.

Not so. I work there, and while the company is quite a bit larger than it used to be, I think I would have heard about it if we were in that business. Just to be sure, I checked the website, and the only things remotely like probers on there are the profilers, but they are for making mechanical measurements, not electrical.
