STS........in my opinion a poor idea in a strong market.

Look at the possible outcomes

1) STS convinces you to sell it all.....so you do....and now you will have a modest tax problem, plus a lot of commission charges

2)You sold everything and your former holdings are doing about the same as prior to the sell off. Now you have generated more sell and buy commissions

3) You sold everything and the market goes down and now you have to fret about re-entering the market at the right time.Like Woody Hays said many years ago......"when you throw a football....three things can happen and two of the are bad" the same goes for market timing.
