No. They use Hg-lamp based Micrascan II QML systems.
Cymer may have to wait until the 0.18um generation for Intel to be
a big customer.

Note: Intel is the exception in the industry.

Intel is absolutely using Cymer lasers, as are the other big chip companies (ie AMD), to build the industry-wide rampup to .25m and less.
