Hello! Omnichrome,

Thank You for reinforcing the fact that the last news release from FAMH indicated a "Letter of Intent!"

In my opinion! Probably another componet that was incorporated with the "Letter Of Intent!' could very well have been a " Non-Disclosure Document/Agreement! " that may have been signed and agreed upon by the negotiating company representatives! ( It's my guess that it would have been quite a clearly defined agreement, considering some of the financial /revenue data that is currently being speculated on!).

Float: The number of shares that are outstanding and available for trading by the public.A small float means the stock will be more volatile, since a large order to buy or sell shares can influence the stocks price dramatically. A larger float means the stock will be less violatile.
